SuperLigero is an exclusively online store based in Spain. We do not have a physical store, which allows us to offer competitive prices and reduce operating costs.

We are located in Gavá, Barcelona, Spain. Although we do not have a physical store, we are always available for any inquiries about our products or services.

Product Availability

All the products in our store are ready to be shipped immediately. We replenish our stock approximately every 2 months to reduce transport and customs costs, allowing us to maintain competitive prices.

The product descriptions are based on our personal usage experience and the information provided by the manufacturers. Occasionally, the manufacturer may change the specifications without notice. If you have any doubts before making a purchase, please contact us.

Payment Methods

Returns Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the products within 30 days of receiving the order, as long as the products are new, unused, and in their original packaging.

3-Year Warranty

All products sold at SuperLigero are covered by a **3-year legal warranty** in compliance with Spanish and European regulations. This warranty covers manufacturing defects or material defects that affect the normal use of the product.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear or misuse.
  • Damage caused by accidents, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect the product’s functionality (such as scratches or dents).

Warranty Claim Process

  • Evaluation: We will review the case and inform you of the next steps.
  • Resolution: If the issue is covered, we will arrange for repair or replacement. If the problem is due to misuse, the customer will be responsible for the shipping and repair costs.

Consumer Rights (Product Conformity)

In accordance with the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, in case of a defect, the customer has the right to repair, replacement, or price reduction at no cost.

SuperLigero is responsible for defects that arise within the **3 years** following the purchase, provided that the customer informs us within **2 months** of detecting the defect.

Note: Some ultralight products may have a shorter lifespan than 3 years due to the nature of their materials. The warranty will apply taking this into consideration.

Limitation of Liability

SuperLigero is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of products purchased in the store. Our liability is limited exclusively to the purchase price of the defective product, in accordance with the warranties offered.

Modification of Terms

SuperLigero reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers and will be available on this page. The applicable terms will be those in effect at the time of purchase.
