30 Days for No-Questions-Asked Returns

Regardless of the reason, you can return the product within 30 calendar days after receiving your order, giving you time to decide calmly.

Note: The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

Instant Refund

We will process your refund as soon as we receive the product. If you paid with PayPal, it will be instant. For card payments, the refund may take between 3 and 14 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Easy Return with Prepaid Label

For your convenience, we include a return label with every shipment. If you use it, the cost will be the same as the standard shipping price from your address, according to our shipping price page. This amount will be deducted from the refund.

Self-Return

If you prefer, you can return the product with your own courier service. Make sure the shipment is insured and trackable, and send us the tracking number. Send it to:

  • Package the Product in its original box with all labels.
  • Attach Our Shipping Label or use your own and send us the tracking number.
  • Drop Off the Package at a DHL, FedEx pickup point or with your courier.
