We don\u2019t have a physical shop or offer in-person service, but if you need help, you can email or call us.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>2. Products and availability<\/h2>\n<p>Each product page lists the main features, price and availability. We check the information carefully, although manufacturers may change some details and, from time to time, we may make a mistake.<\/p>\n<p>If we find a significant discrepancy after you\u2019ve placed your order, we\u2019ll contact you before proceeding. You can accept the alternative or cancel that product and receive the corresponding refund.<\/p>\n<p>Your order is accepted when we send you a confirmation.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>3. Prices and taxes<\/h2>\n<p>All prices are shown in euros. We calculate VAT based on the destination country and show you the final price, shipping costs and total before you pay.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>4. How to place an order<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Select the products and add them to your basket.<\/li>\n<li>Check the quantities, address, delivery option and total price.<\/li>\n<li>Enter the required details and choose a payment method.<\/li>\n<li>Accept the terms and confirm your order using the payment button.<\/li>\n<li>We\u2019ll email you to confirm that we\u2019ve received your order.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Before paying, you can go back to previous steps and correct your details.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>5. Payment<\/h2>\n<p>Card payments are processed securely through <strong>Stripe<\/strong>. We can\u2019t see or store your full card details.<\/p>\n<p>If your payment is not authorised, your order will not be confirmed. If you see a duplicate charge or don\u2019t receive our email, contact us before placing another order so we can check.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>6. Preparation, shipping and delivery<\/h2>\n<p>We normally prepare available products within 24\u201348 working hours. You can check the estimated delivery times for each destination on the Shipping and delivery page.<\/p>\n<p>When your order is dispatched, we\u2019ll send you tracking details if the carrier provides them. If we\u2019re ultimately unable to supply a product, we\u2019ll let you know and refund the amount paid for it.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>7. If you change your mind<\/h2>\n<p>If you change your mind, you have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to exercise your legal right of withdrawal. You don\u2019t have to give a reason. In addition, SuperLigero voluntarily extends the total period to 30 days, subject to the conditions set out on the Returns and refunds page.<\/p>\n<p>To notify us of a return, contact us within the time limit or use the form included in our returns policy. The steps and costs are also explained there.<\/p>\n<p>If a product is legally exempt from the right of withdrawal, we\u2019ll state this before you buy.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>8. Legal guarantee<\/h2>\n<p>New products are covered by the applicable legal guarantee for lack of conformity. Under current regulations, the general period is three years from delivery.<\/p>\n<p>Depending on the case, the remedy may be repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund, at no cost where required by law.<\/p>\n<div class=\"info-box\" style=\"background: #f5f5f7; padding: 18px; border-radius: 6px; margin: 20px 0;\"><strong>A note on ultralight gear<\/strong><br \/>Reducing weight means finding a balance between lightness and durability. Normal wear, accidents, improper use or failure to follow the instructions are not manufacturing defects.
