The Windy-Wendy is an ultralight windbreaker made by Cumulus in Poland, designed to reduce heat loss caused by wind without adding unnecessary weight or bulk to your pack.<\/p>\n

When to use it<\/h2>\n

It\u2019s especially useful when a base layer isn\u2019t enough, but an insulating layer like a fleece feels excessive. It adds effective wind protection, improving perceived warmth while you\u2019re active.<\/p>\n

At just 50 g, it\u2019s designed to always carry with you\u2014ideal on routes where wind, altitude, or temperature swings can affect comfort.<\/p>\n

Design<\/h2>\n

It features a lightweight YKK\u00ae zipper, elastic cuffs and hem to help seal out drafts, and a close-fitting cut that supports mobility without adding bulk.<\/p>\n

Its minimalist design lets you stash it easily in the sleeve pocket, taking up very little space.<\/p>\n

Toray\u00ae Airtastic fabric<\/h2>\n

Made with Toray\u00ae Airtastic fabric at 19 g\/m\u00b2 and 7 denier, with a DWR finish. It\u2019s a very lightweight, breathable material that cuts wind and dries quickly during active use.<\/p>\n

It offers some resistance to light moisture, but it does not replace a waterproof jacket in the rain.<\/p>\n
