Evernew Titanium Windshields

The Vesuv Titanium Windshield for Evernew Pots, made by Vesuv, is a titanium windshield/windscreen for outdoor cooking with Evernew titanium pots and alcohol stoves.

Its purpose is to wrap around your cook set to reduce wind impact and make stove use more stable and efficient in exposed conditions.

When to use it

A good fit for minimalist trips where you cook with an Evernew 0,6 L, 0,9 L, or 1,3 L pot and want a compact system that packs away rolled up.

It makes sense if you use an alcohol stove and often cook in windy conditions. If your pot isn’t on the compatibility list, it’s best to choose the correct variant or a model made for your pot.

Design

A roll-up windshield sized to match each pot size. The cone-shaped geometry is designed to protect the flame and guide heat around the pot, rather than using a simple flat panel.

It includes a new (protected) closure system for windshields intended for Evernew pots, designed to keep the unit closed during use without adding complex parts.

Made of titanium

Made from a 0,1 mm titanium sheet. This metal allows a very thin gauge and therefore a lightweight windshield that can be rolled for transport inside the pot itself.

In real use, the thin sheet makes packing easy, but it also means you should handle it with care to avoid crushing deformations in your backpack.
