Buying ultralight gear should be straightforward. Here’s a clear explanation of how orders, payments, shipping, returns and the warranty work at SuperLigero.

SuperLigero is an online-only shop. We don’t have a physical shop or offer in-person service, but if you need help, you can email or call us.

2. Products and availability

Each product page lists the main features, price and availability. We check the information carefully, although manufacturers may change some details and, from time to time, we may make a mistake.

If we find a significant discrepancy after you’ve placed your order, we’ll contact you before proceeding. You can accept the alternative or cancel that product and receive the corresponding refund.

Your order is accepted when we send you a confirmation.

3. Prices and taxes

All prices are shown in euros. We calculate VAT based on the destination country and show you the final price, shipping costs and total before you pay.

4. How to place an order

  1. Select the products and add them to your basket.
  2. Check the quantities, address, delivery option and total price.
  3. Enter the required details and choose a payment method.
  4. Accept the terms and confirm your order using the payment button.
  5. We’ll email you to confirm that we’ve received your order.

Before paying, you can go back to previous steps and correct your details.

5. Payment

Card payments are processed securely through Stripe. We can’t see or store your full card details.

If your payment is not authorised, your order will not be confirmed. If you see a duplicate charge or don’t receive our email, contact us before placing another order so we can check.

6. Preparation, shipping and delivery

We normally prepare available products within 24–48 working hours. You can check the estimated delivery times for each destination on the Shipping and delivery page.

When your order is dispatched, we’ll send you tracking details if the carrier provides them. If we’re ultimately unable to supply a product, we’ll let you know and refund the amount paid for it.

7. If you change your mind

If you change your mind, you have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to exercise your legal right of withdrawal. You don’t have to give a reason. In addition, SuperLigero voluntarily extends the total period to 30 days, subject to the conditions set out on the Returns and refunds page.

To notify us of a return, contact us within the time limit or use the form included in our returns policy. The steps and costs are also explained there.

If a product is legally exempt from the right of withdrawal, we’ll state this before you buy.

8. Legal guarantee

New products are covered by the applicable legal guarantee for lack of conformity. Under current regulations, the general period is three years from delivery.

Depending on the case, the remedy may be repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund, at no cost where required by law.

A note on ultralight gear
Reducing weight means finding a balance between lightness and durability. Normal wear, accidents, improper use or failure to follow the instructions are not manufacturing defects. Of course, this does not affect your rights if the product is not as described or does not conform to the contract.

If you have a problem, email us at [email protected] with your order number and, if it helps us understand the issue, some photos or a video. We’ll review your case personally and remain your point of contact, even if the manufacturer is involved.

9. If something hasn’t gone right

Email us at [email protected] or call us on +34 634 052 511. We’ll review your issue personally and try to find a solution as soon as possible. You can also send a complaint by post to the address given at the beginning of this page. We’ll always respond within the applicable legal time limit.

10. Data protection

We use your data to prepare and deliver your order, assist you and meet our obligations. You can find full details in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you buy as a consumer, you retain all the rights and protections provided by the applicable regulations.
