Here you’ll find the essentials about payments, shipping, returns and warranty. If you have any questions, just contact us — we reply personally.

These Terms apply to purchases at SuperLigero (https://superligero.es), operated by Javier Hernández Leonis, based in Gavà, Barcelona (Spain). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Online store
SuperLigero is an online-only store. We do not operate a physical shop, which allows us to keep our structure lightweight and offer competitive prices.
3. Products and availability
Availability and estimated handling time are shown on each product page. If a product is listed as available, orders are normally prepared and shipped within 24–48 business hours.
Product information is based on our own experience and manufacturer data. Manufacturers may update materials or specifications without prior notice.
If any error is detected (description, image or specification), we may correct it. If a relevant discrepancy affects your order, we will contact you to offer a solution before proceeding.
4. Prices
All prices are displayed in euros and include applicable taxes where required. Shipping costs are calculated and shown before checkout.
5. Payment
Payments are made by card through Stripe using a secure SSL connection.
6. Shipping
We ship across Europe. Shipping costs depend on the destination and can be checked on our Shipping Prices page.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information if provided by the carrier.
7. Returns
You may return a product within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original condition, including packaging and accessories.
Once the product has been received and checked, the refund will be issued using the original payment method. In most cases, refunds are processed the same day or within 24–48 business hours.

8. Warranty (3 years)
All products are covered by a 3-year legal warranty against manufacturing or material defects.
Warranty claims are rare, but if any issue arises, we will help you resolve it as quickly as possible.
Ultralight products are designed to minimize weight as much as possible. This means a balance between weight and durability, and they may be less robust than traditional equipment.
They are intended for users who prioritize lightweight performance and use the gear within its intended use and with proper care.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear from use.
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, impacts, or lack of care/maintenance.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality or use.
- Performance limitations inherent to ultralight design that are not manufacturing defects.
How to request warranty support:
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and photos (or video) of the issue.
- We will review the case and advise the fastest solution.
In many cases, the manufacturer may provide a direct solution (replacement, spare parts or repair). If necessary, the product may need to be sent for inspection.
SuperLigero will remain your point of contact throughout the process.
9. Liability
We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper use or use contrary to the manufacturer’s recommendations. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
10. Changes to these terms
These Terms may be updated at any time. The applicable version will be the one in force at the time of purchase.
11. Data protection
Your personal data is used only to process your order and provide customer support. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
12. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection regulations.
