Pods storage bags are made in Maine (United States) by Hyperlite Mountain Gear. A well-thought-out design that optimises space inside your pack while making gear easier to access.
When to use it
Keeping your gear well organised inside your pack is essential, and these bags do exactly that without wasting space. You can assign one bag for food, another for clothing, and even use one to store your shelter. They are 100% waterproof, so nothing will get wet.
They are specifically designed to fit in the bottom of HMG’s 40L and 55 litre backpack models. Of course, you can use them in other types of packs, as long as you keep their dimensions in mind.

Design
They are designed to fit inside packs as efficiently as possible. They are therefore flat at the back and rounded at the front. No space is lost, and they do not distort the shape of the pack.
They have a side-to-side zip opening, making it much easier to find things than in a stuff sack. The zip is water-resistant, and they are available in several sizes to suit the needs of each hiker.
