The Huckleberry

The Huckleberry, designed by Symbiosis Gear in the United States, is a versatile ultralight pouch designed to keep your essentials close and accessible without adding unnecessary weight. Made with highly abrasion and weather-resistant Extreema® fabric, it can be used as a hipbelt pocket, fanny pack, or sling bag.

With a 1.3 L volume and a compact design, The Huckleberry keeps your items organized and within reach—phone, snacks, bars, keys, or hydration kit—without taking up space in your backpack or interfering with your movement.

When to Use It

Ideal for day hikes, quick stops, outings without a large backpack, or adventures where you want to keep essentials with you without extra weight. The Huckleberry works for both short hikes and days of travel or city commuting.

Its versatility allows it to be worn around the waist as a fanny pack, attached to the hipbelt of your backpack, or worn across the chest as a sling, adapting to your needs throughout the day.

Design

Constructed with ultralight and highly durable Extreema® fabric, The Huckleberry features a rounded corner design for more ergonomic and comfortable carrying. The detachable belt allows you to use it independently or integrate it with your backpack system.

The pass-through sleeve on the back allows it to slide onto backpack belts up to 2″ (50.8 mm), ensuring a stable fit while on the move. Inside, a mesh pocket organizes small items, while a key hook keeps your essentials secure and accessible without losing them at the bottom.
