Right to Return

Regardless of the reason, you are legally guaranteed the right to return any product within the first 30 natural days after receiving your order.

Free Returns with DHL

In certain countries, we offer returns at no cost. Check if your country is included in the list below:

Spain, Portugal, Germany, France, Italy, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic.

How to Return Your Order

  • Notify us by email at [email protected] or call us at +34 634 052 511 to inform us of the return.
  • Carefully package the product in its original box and make sure to include all labels.
  • Place the DHL shipping label we provide with the shipment in a visible place on the outside of the box.
  • Drop off the package at any DHL collection point.

Refund

You will receive the refund within a maximum of 14 days after we have received your return. 

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible for the loss or damage that may occur to the returned products if they are not shipped or packaged properly. Remember that we will not accept returns of products that do not include the original packaging, or that are damaged, used, handled or altered in any way.
