When to use them
These Pack Pods hiking storage bags are typically between 50% and 75% lighter than conventional ones. This is often overlooked as a way to reduce the weight of your backpack. However, it can have a significant impact if you apply it. Therefore, consider it one of the final steps for “removing grams” from your backpack.
Design
The top zip opening and two zip sliders allow each bag to open wide. Their rectangular 30 × 20 × 10 cm shape helps distribute the contents in layers inside your backpack.

Made from 40D Ripstop Nylon
These hiking storage bags are made from an extremely lightweight 40-denier ripstop nylon fabric. They also have a Sil/PU coating for high resistance to water and wind, while maintaining good breathability (silicone on one side and a PU—polyurethane—coating on the other).
Fully taped seams add resistance to water and dust. This will keep your gear dry and away from dirt. They are obviously not designed for submersion, but they will withstand rain and drops into puddles or rivers well.
