You can wear multiple socks, but they often end up feeling restrictive and tight. Another option is to carry ultralight down socks, which will keep your feet always warm and comfortable.

Design
The design is very simple, with minimal seams to prevent cold spots. They also feature elastic cuffs at the ankles to retain warmth.
They are comfortable for sleeping, whether with light socks or just bare feet. The elastic around the ankle is not tight at all and keeps the socks in place without sliding off during the night.

Made from 20D Nylon and 850 Fill Power Down
Filled with premium goose down featuring an 850 Fill Power rating, these socks ensure warm rest with minimal weight. Additionally, the down is treated with DownTek for improved water resistance.
The fabric is a 20-denier ultralight and breathable nylon with a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) treatment. They are not designed for walking around the campsite unprotected and thus have a focused and limited functionality. GooseFeet also sells matching over-booties for walking, or you can use Ziplock bags 😉
