The Windy-Wendy is an ultralight windbreaker made by Cumulus in Poland, designed to reduce heat loss caused by wind without adding unnecessary weight or bulk to your pack.
When to use it
It’s especially useful when a base layer isn’t enough, but an insulating layer like a fleece feels excessive. It adds effective wind protection, improving perceived warmth while you’re active.
At just 50 g, it’s designed to always carry with you—ideal on routes where wind, altitude, or temperature swings can affect comfort.

Design
It features a lightweight YKK® zipper, elastic cuffs and hem to help seal out drafts, and a close-fitting cut that supports mobility without adding bulk.
Its minimalist design lets you stash it easily in the sleeve pocket, taking up very little space.

Toray® Airtastic fabric
Made with Toray® Airtastic fabric at 19 g/m² and 7 denier, with a DWR finish. It’s a very lightweight, breathable material that cuts wind and dries quickly during active use.
It offers some resistance to light moisture, but it does not replace a waterproof jacket in the rain.
