When to use it
This model makes sense for anyone looking for a lightweight sleep system based on a sleeping pad and who prefers the freedom of a quilt over a closed sleeping bag. As it has no hood, it is advisable to have clothing or dedicated insulation for your head when conditions worsen.
If it is warm, you can open it fully; if temperatures drop, close the lower section and use it in a similar way to a sleeping bag.

Design
One of the reasons Revelation is so popular is its U-shaped design, intended to help keep the down evenly distributed and prevent it from collecting at the sides and creating cold spots.
The footbox has a zip, snaps and a drawcord closure to retain heat more effectively.

Made from 10D nylon and filled with 850 cuin down
The Revelation 850 uses RDS-certified 850 cuin duck down. It is a high-quality, lightweight and compressible insulation designed to provide good warmth without significantly increasing weight or price.
The outer fabric is a lightweight, breathable 10-denier ripstop nylon with a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) treatment to help moisture bead off the fabric surface.
