What is the return period? You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
Who pays for return shipping? Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases where the product is defective or we made a mistake.
How long does the refund take? We process refunds within a maximum of 5 business days once we receive and inspect the returned item.
30 days to return your order, no questions asked
Regardless of the reason, you can return your product within 30 calendar days after receiving your order, giving you plenty of time to decide, as long as the item is new, unused, and returned with its original packaging and tags.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except if the product is defective or we made an error.
Instant refunds
We will process your refund within a maximum of 5 business days once we receive and inspect the returned product. If you paid with PayPal, the refund will be issued instantly once processed. Card refunds may take between 3 and 14 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Easy returns with prepaid label
For your convenience, we include a return label with every shipment. If you use it, the cost will match the standard shipping price from your location, as shown on our shipping price page. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
If the product arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost and nothing will be deducted from your refund.
Return using your own courier
If you prefer, you may return the product using your own courier service. Make sure the shipment is insured and trackable, and send us the tracking number. Ship it to:

Take care of the items you return
Please ensure the product is properly packed and returned in its original packaging with all tags.
We cannot accept returns of used, damaged, altered items, or items without their original packaging.
You may try the product on at home to check the size, but it must not be used outdoors or on actual routes.
