Returns & refunds
Easy returns within 30 days. If something doesn’t fit your needs, you can return your order easily.
- Timeframe: 30 days from delivery.
- Product condition: unused, with original packaging and tags.
- Return cost: paid by the customer (except in case of our error or defective product).
- Refund: up to 5 business days after inspection.
How to return your order
- Prepare the package with the unused product, original packaging, and all tags.
- Use the included return label or ship it on your own (trackable shipping).
- Drop off the package at the appropriate location according to the carrier.
Note: if you use the included return label, drop it off only at a location of the carrier shown on the label.

Return cost & refunds
- If you use the included return label, the standard return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
- If we made a mistake or the product is defective, we cover the return cost.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- PayPal: immediate after processing · Card payments: 3–14 days (depending on your bank).
Conditions
- We do not accept returns of used, damaged, or altered products.
- Clothing may be tried on at home, but not used outdoors or on hikes.
Return using your own carrier
If you prefer to return the item using your own shipping service, please use a trackable and insured shipment and send us the tracking number.
