Waterproof Tent
This waterproof tent is manufactured by Klymit from Utah – United States. It’s a lightweight double-wall shelter with generous interior space.
When to Use
Maxfield 1 is an excellent solution for 3-season routes (spring, summer, and fall) designed to comfortably sleep a single person and all their equipment.
It has the advantage that the outer layer can be removed, leaving only the mosquito net. This is really useful on warm nights. You don’t get hot or have condensation, you keep insects out, and it keeps you more in touch with the surroundings.

Design
It has a side entrance with a zipper and mosquito net to protect you from insects. Several air vents prevent condensation inside the shelter. Plus, all seams are heat-sealed to prevent leaks and enhance waterproofing.
Moreover, its design with more vertical walls creates more space, which equates to more comfort.

Made of 20D and 40D Sil-nylon Ripstop
The waterproof Maxfield 1 tent uses various nylon fabrics. The base is a 40D with a thin layer of polyurethane to enhance its waterproofing. A 40D mosquito net and a thin 20D outer layer.
Besides, the fabric is ripstop. That is, it has additional reinforcement in a grid form, making it more resistant to tearing. This allows you to stretch the fabric more without fearing it will rip.
